You are cordially invited to a lecture by Professor Jennifer Olmsted of Drew University. This lecture will be the second installment of the Clovis & Hala Maksoud Memorial Lecture Series.
Dr. Olmsted's areas of specialization include development economics, gender economics, labor economics and globalization. She did her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and then obtained a Master’s in Agricultural Economics and a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
She has published numerous articles and book chapters, including "Post-Oslo Palestinian (Un)Employment: A Gender, Class, and Age Cohort Analysis" published in the Economics of Peace and Security Journal. (2008)
